“ Karen's bakery has been in Folsom for over 20 years and I would come here when I lived here. All the food is phenomenal!! Today I had the petite breakfast, scrambled egg was perfectly cooked, not dry and not 'wet' just the perfect point. Their bacon is thick and cooked to the perfect bendable state, not crunchy and not 'limp'. The fruit is fresh and so tasty. You have your choice of coffees, I chose dark roast. Just as good today as it was 20 years ago. ”

“ My friends and I like to come here for food and coffee after running on the nearby trail. So far I have tried the avocado toast and breakfast burrito. Service is fast and friendly even when busy. Would bump it to 5 stars but it's a little pricey here, food is expensive these days so it's nothing crazy but still. I love the outdoor seating on a nice day. Definitely try this place out. ”

“ Karen's never disappoints. Beautiful variety of baked goods. My guy and I split the stuffed brioche breakfast sandwich and it was delicious and unique. The chai lattes were flavorful and topped with a pretty cinnamon leaf pattern that just begged to be photographed. Normally quite busy with pretty long wait times, but today was a bit slow (especially for Sunday)-- no complaints here! Service was friendly and attentive. ”
